After yesterday's rest day in the gym and 12 hour work day....I was ready to push it this morning: 🤜Tri-set:
*Banded tricep Kickbacks x 20
*Banded bicep curls  x 20
*BB chest press x 10
***Repeat each exercise 3x in a circuit. No rest till finished. 🤜DB 3 part flyes:
*High incline flyes x 10
*Medium incline flyes x 10
*flat bench flyes x 10
No rest.... 🤜BB incline press 3 x 10 🤜Rope tricep push downs 3 x 12 SS with Cable curls 3 x 12 🤜BB curls 3 x 15
