FEAR & DISTRACTIONS....Last night was squats & although I went into the sesh feeling positive, I was also thinking about that ‘hip shift’ issue which occurred last time I  worked to 60kg....Preoccupied with worrying about dealing with the h/s again I also allowed myself to be distracted by a young guy who walks around a lot & intermittently hangs off the squat rack shaking the structure....My 1st set x6 of the 4 I’d planned was a dogs breakfast....I sat high on the first 5 nearly falling forward on the 5th & 3/4 squatted the 6th like I’d never had a bar across my shoulders before....

Reviewing the clip several times I thought, ‘Ok....Dubs it is’ & set about doing the next x18 reps in pairs & triples....Slowing the descent, sitting deep in the hole where I’m most comfortable & trying not to bounce back up....Tomorrow night I’ll see how I go with sets x6....And then I can move forward again....!!!!!
